A GovTech Startup Moment We Will Not Forget

We were selected as a GovTech startup for the Google GovTech Showcase in London. It was a milestone for our small but mighty team. So we want to share what it meant.

The energy in the room felt different from past events. For example, founders, ministers, and investors sat side by side. This rarely happens in our world.

We want to thank Mike A., Caroline C., and Lance Grogan. They hosted the day with care and clarity. Also, they made every founder feel genuinely heard.

Why The Room Finally Changed

Public sector innovation often moves slowly. However, this day broke that pattern in front of our eyes. The conversations felt direct, honest, and refreshingly fast.

Government leaders asked sharp questions about real outcomes. Investors leaned in instead of leaning back. As a result, deals and pilots started forming in real time.

This is why the showcase mattered so much to us. For the first time, supply met demand in the same room. In short, the wall between buyers and builders cracked open.

The Partners And The Cohort

Our partners made this possible through serious commitment and trust. Google Cloud, Barclays Investment Bank, Innovate UK, Insight, and Zazmic Inc. led the charge. So the bar for the day was set very high.

The cohort itself blew us away with its range and ambition. For example, Agora, AgriBot, AICHITECT, Beam, Building Atlas, and Consus Energy showed bold civic ideas. Meanwhile, DataWhisper, Eluvium, Emulate Cities, Fifth Dimension, Finmile, and Homerun pushed data and mobility forward.

Also, Laennec AI, Lexverify, Medly AI, Moonbility, Outbreak Labs, and PCL Health impressed everyone. Then Protón Health, Rensair, Benchmark, SPRYT, SymTerra, Vouchsafe, Whitespace, and Xapien rounded out the lineup. Therefore, we left inspired by every single founder in the room.

What Is Next For Our GovTech Startup Journey

This is only the start of something bigger for us. Because the showcase opened real doors, our roadmap just sped up. So expect more news from us very soon.

We are deepening pilots, sharpening our product, and meeting new partners weekly. Meanwhile, we keep building tools that train teams faster and smarter.
